Is the Indian film War 2 based on a story against Pakistan?
Mumbai: Bollywood’s action film War 2 has been the center of attention for fans and critics since its release.
In the early days, some circles of the Indian media called it disappointing, boring, and influenced by the scenes of the previous part; however, with the passage of time, opinions about the film seem to be changing. An important question under discussion is whether this film is anti-Pakistan or not.
War 2 is a fast-paced and explosive action film that evokes patriotic sentiments in India. In the story, the dangerous character Kali Kabir (Hrithik Roshan) becomes a victim of a conspiracy, as a result of which he becomes an enemy of the country.
To counter him, a special team is formed, led by Anil Kapoor. The team includes Kiara Advani and Junior NTR, whose mission is to stop Kabir.
Kali’s behind-the-scenes motivations, the nature of Kabir’s crime, and the battle leading to the climax make the story engaging. Although the film highlights Indian patriotism, according to the reviews that have surfaced so far, it does not include an anti-Pakistan narrative.
Fans have given mixed reactions to the film. Some say it is an excellent action and emotion-filled film, while some viewers found the long fight scenes boring.
The high quality and effort in the fight sequences are clearly evident, especially the action scene on the motorboat and the intense fight between Hrithik Roshan and Junior NTR in the climax, which have made the film memorable.
Overall, War 2 is a commercial and thrilling action film that is being widely liked in Indian cinema; however, regarding anti-Pakistan sentiments, no clear content is present, which is also evident in its critical reviews.
